The City of Follett is accepting sealed bids for the sale of 74.55 acres that house the deactivated Follett Airport. All improvements convey with the land, with the exception of the hangars. The owner of the hangars has the option to remove the hangars if they so desire.

 

• The City of Follett reserves the right to reject any bid.

• The minimum starting bid is $89,460.00

• Bids will be taken until June 10th 2026.

Mail all bids to the City of Follett P.O. Box 216 Follett, TX 79034. Please include “ Airport Bid” on the outside of the envelope. All bids will be opened at the council meeting on June 10th at 6:00 p.m.
